For highly efficient sharing and distributing of any data or documents, simply store the data in "Boxes" provided on C450's hard drive. Large capacity hard drive can store up to 3,000 documents or 9,000 pages, you can print out or forward the stored data at anytime you need. Furthermore, boxes can be assigned to different groups or department, or even to individuals for either shared or private access.

For efficient document management, you can create up to 1,000 boxes. All data, including print, copy, fax and scan data, can be stored in the boxes and be shared or distributed to any parties.

The Public User Box allows you to share your data openly. The Personal User Box, which is password protected, only allows private access and restricts access to data by authorized people.

In order to reduce paper waste, all data can be stored in a box and print out the data whenever it is necessary. Also, the box can be served as a backup function, which lets you to keep all the data on the hard disk drive with password protected.
