With Konica Minolta's bizhub C252, you have a networked, full-colour MFP that lets you store, share, distribute, manage, convert and output documents — all in one compact machine. It offers a wide variety of production functions that help you create dynamic business documents in vivid colour or sharp monochrome, and improve the efficiency of your office workflow.
It's ideally suited for use as a central machine in small and medium-sized offices, as a dispersed machine in large offices, and it's an exceptional replacement for Black & White machines. The compact bizhub C252 will change the way you work.

Even with its new built-in Finisher, the C252 maintains a body as compact as many B/W machines. Its ultra-compact, multi-array laser diode print head has been developed completely in-house. Representing the essence of Konica Minolta optical technologies and long-accumulated printer technologies, the print head enables the C252 to achieve a high output speed of 25 pages/min.* for both colour and B/W, while making a small footprint.

The C252 scans large volumes of paper documents and quickly converts them into compact PDF / PDF / TIFF / JPEG files, which can then be easily shared and distributed to servers or PCs. The Ultra-Compact PDF function compresses documents into much smaller files than conventional PDF, whilst preserving outstanding image quality. Colour and other documents that were previously difficult to send and receive due to their large data volume are easily distributed. With the optional Automatic Document Feeder, network scanning attains higher speed and efficiency, thus boosting productivity.

The C252 is fully equipped with industry-leading security functions designed to keep your data and documents safe and secure. The Automatic Job Data Deletion function deletes data from the hard disk drive once the copying or printing job is completed. Access to print functions, Boxes, Department Management and other C252 functions are all controlled. Furthermore, SSL/TLS encryption protects confidential data from unauthorized access during data exchange.

The Box function provides users with a secure, efficient way to store copied documents, faxes, and scanned data in the C252's large-capacity hard disk drive. Users can store up to 3,000 documents or 9,000 pages in the Box. The stored information can then be distributed or reprinted.

Together with Konica Minolta's unique polymerised Simitri™ Toner, the newly developed graphic processing ASIC achieves top-class reproduction of text and graphs, offering excellent fidelity to the original for important business documents. The C252 provides a variety of finishing functions (optional) to complete documents such as proposals and reports in superb quality. With advanced functions, booklets are easily produced in-house at a fraction of what a printing company would charge.

The IP Address Fax function enables you to send high-quality colour faxes at high speeds and at low cost. Furthermore, bizhub links fax and Box or PC operations, saving time and effort. Universal Send lets you fax a document and simultaneously send it as an e-mail attachment or store it in a Box. The TSI Routing function sorts incoming fax data into Boxes by sender. The received data can also be sent separately to an e-mail, FTP, or SMB server. The PC-Fax function lets you fax data stored in your PC directly to a recipient.

With large, easy-to-read LCD display and buttons for the control panel, the C252 offers comfort and ease of operation for everyone. The panel also allows the user to adjust its angle in three steps for optimal viewing and use. And, because the toner cartridge and paper can be replaced quickly and easily from the front, there's no need to move the unit.
