The bizhub 600 enables user to easily store and share information where everyone has immediate access, information can be saved to the Box*, where it can be conveniently shared with others. Also, the scan-and-send functions enable users to send documents directly from scanning.
The scanning speed of bizhub 600 is 75 sheets-per-minute. With this scan functions, users can share scan data with anyone, anywhere. Users can scan documents and distribute the scanned data via FTP, SMB, Box*, E-mail, or a combination of any or all of these functions.
Data and documents can be saved in Boxes and they can be copied, sent, re-printed or deleted. Up to 1,000 separate Boxes can be created and assigned to particular users, jobs or work groups, which allow users to share their data conveniently.
Your sensitive data is kept secure from unauthorized access under the bizhub 600. For increased security, user and group authentication, individualized access privileges and usage limits can be set. Also, hard disk password lock and SSL encryption can be found in the bizhub 600 to protect data being transferred over network.
