The included PageScope Box Operator software lets users preview files directly in the Box and rename or delete it. With Scan-and-send functions, users can distribute documents over the network from scanning. All data is kept secure by highly sophisticated features like individual access privileges and usage limits, user and group authorization, HDD password lock and SSL encryption for network communication.
