The bizhub 420 uses a fast Super G3 Fax, which can transmit an A4 document in as little as 3 seconds. Also, it is capable of sending faxes at 600 x 600dpi resolution, for maximum image quality when received.

The bizhub 420 allows you to receive (with optional hard disk) and send faxes without leaving your desk. When a fax is received, it is saved to a user Box, the recipient can access it and download it to a connected PC, without ever needing to print out a hardcopy.
