With the bizhub 350, sensitive information can be kept safely. SSL encryption is used to ensure the confidentiality of your sensitive information as it is transferred over your network.
Password can be added when printing confidential data, then document will only be printed out once the password is inputted.
With the PageScope Workware, files from different applications can be complied into one PDF file, divide or rearrange page order without any difficulty.
The status of the bizhub 350 and output volume can be checked by using the brower-based PageScope Web Connection. It gives you a real-time information of machine status without additional software.
E-mail addresses and fax numbers can be directly uploaded on the bizhub 350 at once. Also, you can use this software to upload or update all contact information to multiple machines.
This account track function lets administrators set copy, print, scan and fax limits for different departments, to avoid unnecessary output.
