The optional 40GB hard disk of bizhub 350 turns into a file server, allowing everyone in the office can access the data stored in folders. Confidential documents can be saved in a password-protected personal user box and frequently used forms can be saved in public user box for public access.

By using the Internet Fax function, data can be transmitted at high speed, which largely reduces telephone charges, especially when sending and receiving fax to overseas.

With an optional Fax Multi Line ML-502, the dual fax ports can be used in the bizhub 350. Dual fax ports enable you to receive while transmitting or simultaneously send faxes to two separate machines, which makes the flow of fax information runs more smoothly.
